I have said for others, and I will start again. In my opinion the gametime and activity aren't the best reasons for refusing an application. Of course , it's important , but if a Moderator wants to be Administrator and he did a good job, I don't see why we would refuse to reason " low gametime / activity ". Again , I know this is important but if its activity and gametime is high enough, I think ge can be accepted. His activity and gametime are not super low , so I think we can give him a chance. In addition he is a great guy and he did a good job.
