Most of the situations that you explained how you'd handle is just bad to be honest and I wouldn't want a moderator who warns people before even getting proof or warning both people for NLR or even warn someone for metagaming , You must explain to them what they did wrong and make sure they read rules and just let them off with a verbal warnin. you have to know that the aim of moderation on the server is to improve the experience for people, not to interrupt people’s roleplay when it’s not necessary. Staff are there to have fun and to help others have fun too not to ban and warn everyone who breaks minor rules that have little effect on the server.
