Just saying those accounts have no game time on TTT and no posts.

They're either people who don't care or some form of alt / friend of an existing player. The key message is none of them had any investment in the TTT server or the community as a whole.

Oh and I'm fairly sure most of them were made around the time of the S2 map vote, in which they all also voted.
