Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I have been a Head-Admin on another server and have been moderator on this server for about a week I have done around 100 f1s or less than that not positive about the count but I've learned alot and I would also like to thank RedPowder for training me and I think I'm ready for being Admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well the only obstacles I keep on encountering is the players who leave during the sit to avoid punishment aka |LTAP| and When I ask admins to ban him they say they need proof , I respect that and I understand and that's why I would like to be admin so I can handle those situations and I'd also handle most of the situations more professionaly.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? Hello my name is Seboo I'll be the one training you today and congratulations on being a moderator.

First you have to know that the aim of moderation on the server is to improve the experience for people, not to interrupt people’s roleplay when it’s not necessary. Staff are there to have fun and to help others have fun too not to ban and warn everyone who breaks minor rules that have little effect on the server. Wherever possible use powers such as mute, freeze and jail instead of banning and kicking.

Now I'll tell you some of the basics first , First off there's a f1 menu this is where you'll be spending most of your time with as a staff member, It includes 3 tabs Admin requests , Logs , and warnings.

The admin request tab is where you handle reports and goto them by rightclicking the report. and I'll explain how to handle sits later on.

then there's the warning tab. Here you can see each warn given out by staff members ever since you logged on.

And then the logs , Here you will be able to see kills , arrests , job changes , connections , hits and name changes the logs will help you alot in the sits.

You have alot of commands but only one console command which is print_nlr : When you type it in console it will show you every single player with active nlr timers.

Then you have commands that you execute in the chat like

/tp <Name> <StamID> Teleports the Player to the spot you are looking at.
/tp - Teleports you to the spot you are looking at.
/goto <Name> <StamID> - Tp's you to a player
/warn <Name> <StamID> Better with SteamID, You can warn someone for breaking a rule. Make sure to give a reason to why you warned them
/unwarn <Name> <StamID> Better with SteamID, This takes away the players last warning. Good if you warn the wrong person/You enter the wrong name.
/freeze <Name> <StamID> Freezes the player on the spot
/unfreeze <Name> <StamID> Unfreezes the player so he/she can carry on RPing
/bring <Name> <StamID> Tp's the player to you
/back <Name> <StamID> Teleports a player back to there last RP location.
/backspawn <Name> <StamID> Tp's a player back to spawn. Good if they have broken NLR
/slay <Name> <StamID> Slays the person. Good for people with big guns as citizen / If a person doesnt drop there rulebreaking weapon.

The following can be done from tab menu:

Globally mute: Use this if someone is micspamming suggest using this throught tab menu
Mute chat: Mute someone if he is chat spamming or disrespecting in chat
Unban from Job: use this if some one got falsley demoted

Then there's an admin chat that you can talk in by using @ or ./// , Keep in mind It's only for staff conversation not an ooc for staff and not to be used for rp reasons.

When you change your job to mod on duty you have an admin tool that checks if fading doors and keypads are connected properly.

As a staff member you are expected to conduct yourself as a mature and responsible member of the community, users will look up to you and act like you, this means that if they see you break a rule there is a fairly good chance they will as well.

Now you must be wondering how do I actually handle sits and f1's professionally well I'll explain to you nowYou must think before starting a sit and make sure you know what the sit requires , You must have anything you need ready maybe also have the rules open , You must make sure all the users that u must bring are all ready and calm , Listen to the users while keeping it civil and make sure they don't interrupt eachother , Check of the story adds up and wether you need more proof or not, Try and imagine what happened in your head then explain what rule has been broken and then issue a punishment and conclude the sit and make sure they know what happened.

Also don't forget to use /tp because /bring glitches the /back sometimes.

The ban will be lowered to 3 days.

I think I should be promoted because I really put a lot of effort into this server and I'm always willing to help out people and answer their questions, I'm also mature when I have to be and I joke when the time is right , I always know how to be mature when I have to be so, I enjoy doing f1's and answering questions because it helps out people and it gives people more knowledge about the rules and by doing so we're cleaning the community , What I'm trying to achieve is not doing alot of f1's or getting the highest staff rank , What I want is to make everyone follow the rules and have fun roleplaying on our server , When I encounter a rulebreaker I always do my best to explain to him what rule he broke and what he should and shouldn't do not just warn him right ahead , I also believe I should be promoted because I'm active , mature and friendly.
