Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin I have only been a moderator on server for 2 weeks but I feel happy on staff team, I have my downsides but I feel experienced and have a good knowledge of the rules in my opinion. I think I will be Mature enough for a promotion in the staff role of an administrator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around Well There was a time where I was in a sit and Someone was getting mass rdmed/Spawn Camped and I tried talking. The person left sit 3 times. S i called Morgan,Morgan took The user who was accused and he talked to him. Then the other guy said Hey Did you nit give him a warn or whatever, I told him Morgan sorted it and he started complaining and I told him it was fine and sorted. He still was complaining saying we where to easy on people. So i just told him that we do not want to give out big bans ect for some small things that he agreed to not do again. The user never did it again.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? I would say " So moderators are here to clean servers not to hand out warn's,Kick's, Slay's Ect. There are also many command's Which are the following.

Why Me For Promotion Administrators have much more commands and abilities that moderators cannot do. So If I did Have administrator It would be easier for me to work with F1'S And problem's. Even if i do not get accepted I will put even more effort into Being the staff role I already am To earn myself a promotion and to help even more. When i am not busy I will do an F1 Asap. When In F1'S I make sure I am fully in control and that I can solve the problem. When in an F1 I try not to rush or panic.
