This guy has been banned SO MANY times, even God can't count.

My original thought was to keep him banned, as he keeps saying that he will change. I don't see any change. Other than the total number of bans you have.

But. I do believe he should be given one LAST and FINAL chance. Reduce the ban to 4 weeks. Let him take a break, and when he's banned again, don't bother unbanning.
