Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match, also known as "RDM", is when a player kills another player without a roleplay-valid reason.
Example: Jeff is at the spawn with Edward, and Jeff shoots and kills Edward with no valid reason. That counts as Random Death Match.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New Life Rule, also known as NLR, is when a player dies at a district, he cannot reutrn there untill 3 minutes passes.
Example: Edward raids a base, and while he is doing so he gets killed. Right after that, without waiting 3 minutes, he returns to the base to seek revenge.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is when a player tells in OOC character related information.
Example: Player X says in OOC: Let's raid this base near the General Store.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: First of all, I would listen to what player X has to say, and then I will listen to player Y's story, and if the stories are totally different, I would ask player X if he has proof. If he doesn't, I will tell player X that I'm sorry I cannot do anything for you without any proof, and I will teleport them back. If player X has good proof, I will warn player Y, thank player X and finish the F1.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: First, I will listen what player X has to say, and then I will ask player Y to tell his story, and if the both stories are very different, I will ask player X if he has proof. If he does have proof that shows that player Y has broken NLR, I will warn player Y, and thank player X for doing this F1. If he doesn't have any proof, I will apologize to him that I cannot do anything for him because he doesn't have any proof, and teleport both players to their places.
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: First of all, I will tell player X that he broke the rule "Metagaming" and that he cannot keep braking rules like that. After that I will give him a verbal warn, by giving him a chance, and teleport him back. If he ignores my verbal warning and keeps braking that rule, I will give him a warn.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). Well, I was playing ZARP for a while now, and it's time for me to move on. Plus, me being Moderator could help solve problems between people, and teach rulebreakers and new people nicely not to brake the rules. Usually, I do not brake alot of rules. If I become a Moderator, there would be more staff members, and it can help more people. If I become a Moderator, I would try my best to help people to get better. For example, if I see a player braking a rule like NLR, I would first explain to him what is NLR and to try to be more careful. I would be patient about people who break rules, and I would try to teach them nicely to play without braking rules, and explain them that it's alot better for others and for them if people won't break rules.
Anyways, thank you so much for reading this topic, I really hope I would get accepted to become a Moderator!
