[SSRP Unban] Mytic X Toxic's Unban Appeal

Now, before I let anyone handle this. I'd like to say my side.

My Side:
Khai Tam placed a 1m hit on myself, So then Mytic changed to hitman and then found my shop at banker. So then he sees that they are 4 people standing in a que to come in to my shop, So he kills all they 4 people then killed me to proceed that $1,000,000 hit. He clearly saw the "RP House" sign located above my store, But he still did it for the hit. Then I checked his warnings via F6 and he proves that he doesn't give a damn about the rules and just comes on to break them. Now, You've got 98 warnings as well as 9 bans and 2 kicks, Now that clearly shows you don't give any thought to read the rules. So why should I unban you for you to break even more rules?
