So I after the update on ZARP I joined the game to find a DIamond Pickaxe on the Auction House, Me and my cousin were trying to get this pick so I AlphaJay (My cousin) could get a spare pick if he loses his first one. At about the last second someone else bidded on it at the same time as me. I waited until it was fully processed then it said claim item. I pressed Claim Item but it doesn't put the Diamond Pick in my inventory. So I decided to get some proof:


I am hoping to get a refund of a diamond pick. Please can someone do something about this.
