How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
First of all, i would find out who the bullier was, and who the victim was. After knowing the results i would move them into a spacer. I would ask both players for their part of the story, then i would ask for proof. If the proof is valid i would let the bullier apoligize. If the act happens again i would take it into further concideration and punish the bullier.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Teamspeak staff have multiple administrative features such as Kick, Ban, Mute, Move, Grant talk power, The power to give TS ranks, Lock channels, Delete avatars and Edit or Remove descriptions. The kick function is usualy used if an user refuses to listen to the teamspeak staff member after being verbally warned. The Ban function is used if an user refuses multiple times and keeps breaking the same rule or Mass TOU rulebreaking, ban lenght depends on the ban reason. The mute function is used when someone is micspamming and disrespecting. The moving function is used to move users into another channel or move them into spacers, this is an useful function for if you want to have a private talk with the specific user. Grant talk power, this function is rarely used. The name says it all, you are able to give someone talking powers if their Talk power is disabled. Talk power is disabled in rooms such as the Lobby/AFK Room. Teamspeak Staff are also able to give ranks on the TS servers, they have to acces to give all ts ranks except from Owner, Community manager, Teamspeak staff. The lock channel feature is used to prevent users to enter a channel without entering a password. The Delete avatar and Remove description features are used if the avatar/description is inaprotriate, for example if an avatar has sexual content.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I should be chosen to be accepted as a Teamspeak Staff Member because of several reasons. First of all, i am a very friendly person. I love to communicate with people and often help them with their problems, even if it is an in-game problem or an In-Real-Life problem. Second of all, i am almost always online. About 12 hours a day. Because of this anyone can poke me any time to ask me for any kind of questions or report an user. My response time is usualy imidiate. Third of all, I am trusted. As many of you know, i am a SSRP Administrator and a Deathrun Administrator. I have been a staff member on Zarp for a long time already and all reasons stated above show that i am appropriate for this rank.
