How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I would question who bullied them, and take appropriate action.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Kick Client - When someone is disobeying you or being annoying.
Ban Client - When they have harrased, bullied, broken any rule on the teamspeak.
Move Client - Moves them to a different room, you'd use this if you need to talk to them, they need to be in a meeting, or they ask for you to move them into a spacer.
