How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

I would go in the Channel and ask what's going on. After the Person [A] told me what's going on, i get him in an different Channel and ask him What the Other Person (b) did. After that, i move person [A] Back into the channel and move the Accused person, Person (b) Into my channel and ask him about his story. Then i move him back to the channel and tell both of them to leave each other alone. If one of them Is still following the other Person i would use one of my Powers to punish him. This Depends on What he did.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Ban List: You Use the Ban List if you want to Check an Ban / want to Unban a guy who got banned and his Unban Appeal got Accepted.

Set Server Group: This Feature Is only Used if you are in the Position to give an user His Staff Member Rank, do not give a rank just to random people.

Kick Client From Channel: You use this Feature to Kick clients from your Channel/Different Channels, you only use this if somebody is Playing music in the Wrong Channel or are not being Friendly. This is an Little warning for the User to know that he should stop.

Kick Client From Server: You use this Feature to Kick clients from the Server, this is the bigger warning for the player to Stop whatever he is doing wrong At the moment and they should stop.

Ban Client: You use this Feature to Ban a User, this is used if the user doesn't stopped his actions. And Broke Much rules out of the TOU

Delete Users Avatar: You use this Feature if Somebody got a Racist or overall Inappropriate Avatar.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).

I should be Chosen as im very Active on the ZARP TS and i stay often Pretty long and See much TOU Breakers, i enjoy talking with others on the ZARP TS. I'm also trusted with My Powers as im an SSRP Administrator, im a well known member of the ZARP community. I try to Help everybody and im enjoying to help everyone who needs help.
