How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would ask the person who is bullying to stop, and if they don't kick them from the server. If they come back and persist I would ban them for ~ a day or longer if necessary.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Kick Client from Channel: use this feature when someone is Micspamming or overall minging in the channel. This will move them to the Lobby/AFK Room, but keep in mind they can move straight back in unless you're in a Password Protected room, the Meeting Rooms, or a Spacer.

Kick Client from Server: This will kick the user from the server, and they will have to reconnect to the server. Keep in mind that they can rejoin as soon as you kick them. You can use this command if someone is trolling and they won't stop, so they know you mean buisness.

Ban Client: This will ban the user from the server. They cannot rejoin until the ban time runs out. If you ban them permanently they will not be able to reconnect unless they make an alternate Identity and get a new IP, or you unban their Unique ID for their Identity. Use this is they are mass breaking rules or they are on an Alternate Identity/IP.

Delete Users Avatar: This will remove the User's Avatar/Picture that they have under their description. Use this only if they have an inappropriate Avatar.

Set Server Group: This is what you do to give users their badges. Use this if they've been promoted or accepted as staff. Remember to hold off of giving them their badge until the Meeting is over.

Ban List: Use this if you need to search up someone's ban. If someone makes an appeal, you can search up their ban in the Ban List.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I believe I should be chosen because I sometimes find people breaking rules, and every TS Staff Member is busy doing their own thing. I also sometimes need to talk to other Forum Staff or get an Owner to do an IP Check on an account and not being TS Staff is limiting me from doing my duties to my fullest potential.
