What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player tells an alive player something that can change the outcome of the round. for example player x says to player y that he should go into portal x and even if it is correct or not correct if could change the outcome of the round. If telling someone alive when you are dead something that could change the outcome of the round if will be ghosting. If i saw a ghoster I would tell him to stop.If for some reason they didn't take that I would warn them. Then if they still did not listen I would get proof and get an administrator to ban them.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
How would you deal with a disrespectful player? I would tell them to chill and calm down because there is no reason to be mean to each other. Then if he carries on I would gag/mute this player.If they still did not get the message I would screenshot the messages and get a higher rank to ban this user So he learns his lesson to not do it again as it is not acceptable.As we are all playing the same gamemode and should just be nice to each other since everyone should just enjoy a gamemode since that is what its there for!

Why should we choose you?
I think i should be chosen since there is many rule breakers and staff that do not notice a lot of them. I want to make a difference and help the deathrun staff team out. I love this gamemode and will happily be a loyal and respectful staff member of this great gamemode.I enjoy this gamemode alot and hope I can be a very loyal member and staff of this gamemode.I am a respectful and trustworthy guy and am very nice to everyone that places this amazing gamemode. Deathrun has gained alot more players and has been expanding very fastly this has made me enjoy this gamemode even more and I am dedicated to help out with anything needed and also to be a respectful staff member and a member of this great gamemode.
