I believe Windows Azure is a really good hosting company. Not sure they have tried that or if they're using it atm.

It's a dedicated host and i've tested it and seems to run along just fine. I haven't been running huge servers with 90 players but i've had a teamspeak server on it with 25+ people. No lag.
