What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player says something to the alive players that is useful/game related. It can be annoying for players because ghosting can often give the alive people an advantage because they know something they were not supposed to. For example, on helix player x knows the code for the trap near the end, but dies before he gets there. Player Y did not see the code, so player X types the code in chat. If i see a ghoster, i will chat mute them and warn them depending on the situation i may kick if its repeated.

Correct, although a kick is not really used for ghosting, use the mute/gag command, along with the warning system.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player is being disrespectful i will tell them to stop for the first time, if people are arguing then i will gag or mute them until they have calmed down. If the disrespect is bad then they will be warned and/or kicked. #

Semi correct. I would recommend writing a little more, and note that the player will be automatically ungagged/muted when the map changes. You should not really use the kick command again here, as removing from the server would serve less purpose, unless they are horrasing someone/being racist, in which case they could be removed from the server.

Why I should be chosen:
I think i should be chosen because i know the rules very well and im a friendly player. Ive been staff on deathrun before so i know what to do when i see people breaking rules.
I want to change how people think of me and show everyone that i can be a great staff member

Again, this is very effortless, you could very easily write much more within this section. This section should be more chunky in my opinion, so your application looks more fulfilled.
