Your app looks very good and there's nothing wrong with it. Maybe you should point out that if the player is disrespecting through mic that you would gag him instead of giving him a chat mute, but that's basicly it.
Besides from you being a former admin, you are known for being a great and responsible individual with a lot of other roles on the other Zarp servers. The only thing that you need to improve is activity, since you're going to have 4 days of activity until the meeting. We'll see how that affects your chances of getting the role.
I have no doubt that you're going to be a helpful member. Try and play a lot on these 2 days to compensate for the 4 days of activity that you're going to have.

If you do that, maybe your other qualities will overcome the activity problem.
