Other comments - William broke NLR several times and the proof is in my video and also in DJ Ben's video you can see him raiding a building base.
Reason - He raided a building shop and NLR'd
Story - I was just walking around spawn and the bank area and then a guy needed help so i let him outof the room and then he kept getting stunsticked by this guy i told him to stop then he did stop. Then William walked into this store and i then did go to look he then got killed and then came back into the store and broke NLR.
Ithen asked him why he did it and that i recorded it then he says it was a bank raid (When no bank raid was on at the time) and then he just runs into the bank.
Then in DJ Ben's video you can see william raiding a building base it clearley shows the building sign and that he was raiding aswell.

Proof -

Screenshot 1 Screenshot 2 of William just telling people its purge and some people fell for it and when i told him to stop he confused people more by saying 15 minuets added on.
