I have had a look at your warn request and I see two things yes he did kill you BUT you also was looking pretty suspect *Yes I know its not a reason to kill* I think he might of acted a little to quick so what I'm going to do is have a staff member speak with him and give him a virtual warning as well as have him read over the rules again.
