Never happened. It's a valid RP-Reason to shoot someone if they are holding weapons out. I could have the chance of getting killed before even getting to switch to my weapon, they know they are holding the weapon out. They want you to attempt arrest and they get advantage of me having to switch back to my weapon. I have a valid reason to shoot so.

You had no chance to being killed first, I never shot nor aimed at you thus no threat was formed, perhaps I had no bullets, also didn't aim at you, so couldn't kill you.
