QUESTIONS FOR PROMOTION

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

When someone is mass rulebreaking (Disrespect, Mass Racism, DDoS Threats, Religion Hate, Death Threats)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

I was playing on the Server, when a player started to disrespect all the other players. So i said him to stop, but he started to disrespect me, so i muted him. Once i did that, he started to mass rulebreaking. We were playing Minecraft Dr and he hit a death through the dirt wall, so i warned him. After that round, the map changed and he was automatically unmuted, so he continued to disrespect. I was calling an admin but, i needed to go, and once i back, i forgot to do that. So i think if I were Admin, i could ban him immediately.

Why I should be promoted
I don't want simply to ban people, but i want to get a new experience as Admin, so i can help at the max the Server, and I want also to try the other commands XD. But the most important reason is that if I were an admin, i could ban the player i mentioned above, so that he couldn't disrespect anymore.
