I think you could do 1 a extra week to fully show us you have a better attitude towards the community.

Ex: Player X is walking down the hood and he bought a new gun and he tests it and kills player y for no reason this is called RDM.
Player y bought new lovley nice ferrari player x get's jealous and shoots player y but luckley player x shoots did not kill player y that's also called Attempt RDM.

Is there any real reason to add "In the hood" That could be taken the wrong way. I'd suggest changing it to "He was walking down the street"

New life rule (Better known as NLR) is when you die you can't go back to the district in which you died for 3 minutes.

Ex: Player X is basing Player y walks and tries to raid him and kills him
Player x Returns after 30 seconds and kills player Y That is called NLR

NLR is actually a lot more than this and lots of people get this wrong

NLR is when a player cannot remember anything but ic stuff such as the base weaponry etc.

Rest of the application is fine. Just improve on the things I have mentioned and I'll give my support. But I think I will wait until the meeting to give my verdict
