What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when someone on either team who is dead gives information to someone who is alive that helps then either live or die, for example if you die going through a wrong portal and you say which is the safe portal whilst dead it is considered ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If someone was disrespecting I would first give them a verbal warning and ask them to stop and calm down to think about what they're doing, if they carry on I would mute/gag them and give them a warning, when they're unmuted at the end of a round and they carry on I would get an admin to kick or ban them after describing the incident that happened.

I should be chosen because I am experienced with being a moderator since I moderated for 4 different servers I read the rules and try to help enforce them without back seat moderating or I would just tell a mod what has happened but along with having the role of mod I do enjoy playing on the server and meeting new people on there I would enjoy to make the game more fun for others by taking care of rule breakers who makes the game unfair for others because I have experienced this lots of times and it does get people angry and end up saying bad things so i'd aim to calm people down and make it more fair but besides that I am a nice guy I do joke about most the time but I take the role seriously and I'd try to log onto the server has frequently as I can.
