that situation was a misunderstanding and taken care off. dont know why you bringing it up . its like bringing up your past to judge you on the person you are today .

Well the fact that it happened so recently means that it still applies. Most of my "past" was over 1-2 months ago. This was within the spawn of about 2 weeks ago. The way he handled the situation, misunderstanding or not, was still atrocious and he needs to own up and say he made a mistake instead of hiding behind the word "misunderstanding."

List of things he did wrong, regardless of the rules he thought were real:

TPed me out of a raid
TP me out of a raid (again) even after I told him he should wait
Warn me without a sit
Cry about it in OOC throwing threats around instead of handling the situation properly.
Even when several staff told him it wasn't a rule he still persisted in his false claims
Never actually apologised or owned up to any wrong doing
