Unfortunately we will not be switching to the AV voting system because put simply it is unfair. Under AV some peoples votes can count more than others, for example those would vote for less popular options can have their votes counted a second, third or fourth time whereas supporters for more popular options would only get their vote counted once. This would undermine the core principle of our voting systems which is to give everybody an equal and fair vote. Thank you for your post though.
