What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player gives information to runners/deaths that could change the outcome of the game.

Example:
*DEAD* Player Y says: The code is 158. So now the runners know that the code is 158 which they wouldn't have known without Player Y telling them. But he wasn't allowed to tell it cause he is dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would tell them to stop being disrespectfull or he will be punished. If he continues to be disrespectfull I will gag/mute him for the time I think is suitable. If he after that doesn't stop I would gather proof and send it to an admin to get him banned.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I'm a trusted member of the community. I am a resigned SSRP admin. Also I can handle situations properly with the experience I've had and seen. I myself certainly think I am suitable for this rank and I hope you guys agree with me.
