How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:first tries to explain to him to stop arguing if not end the quarrel is mute or gag if you do not work and gives a warning if it does not help kick and contact admin

Why I should be chosen: I am very nice guy ,lack of argument on the server,I know the rules know what trap are on maps, Willing to help new players, I play every day, Place bhop, I can not imagine life without server Zarpa deathrun.
