Explain MetaGaming:So MetaGaming is when X says hey where is {someone} Then Z says in ooc,Skype or steam chat {Location} Then They are both metagaming.

This looks more like you are explaining the Ghosting rule in Deathrun. Try improving it.

Explain NLR:NLR= New Life Rule which means if someone kills another person then they return after the two mins that is breaking NLR. So for e.g here is what i would do I would bring them to a roof of a not crowded area solve the problem give a warning if not to serious.If the person(s) do not learn and keep making the same mistake i would talk to a experienced admin and tell them about the problem and find the right punishment/solution

You have not mentioned that NLR runs through districts in Zarp. In the explenation you were not supposed to describe what you would do.

Explain How You Would Handle RDM: So X kills Z For no reason I do the same as what i said in the NLR example If there was an F1 on bullying/RDM/RDA etc. I would bring them to a roof of a not crowded area solve the problem give a warning if not to serious.If the person(s) do not learn and keep making the same mistake i would talk to a experienced admin and tell them about the problem and find the right punishment/solution

You cant just give them a warning if they are not serious. You have to go to the bottom, get proof, inspect the proof and if you are sure that the proof is valid you can warn the player, unless you have seen everything happen and are sure it was RDM.

I dont think you are ready to become a Zarp SSRP Staff member, try to improve your application, get no recent warnings and improve your knowledge of the rules and then its a +support.
