Story - I was a mutant, I killed Jordan and 3 other people outside of the pd and got a ban for it. I thought Mutants could kill outside the PD? I wasn't in an F1, maybe he was but how am I meant to know that when he's a cop in the pd district.

Extra information - None I just think Jordan needs spoken to about the rules, I think that one's pretty basic. Mutants can kill in the PD district.
