I think that if Bloc 42 were to be added, and they did have to do some reforming with the system and features currently implemented, then it would make for perhaps a more refreshing playstyle, and RP would actually make a come back and skill would definitely be a tie breaker on who would come out on top in terms of raiding and basing, since special weapons obviously wouldn't work.
