Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin.

I'm Moderator for one week now, if the meeting is there for two weeks, so i really enjoyed my time as a Staff member. I dealt with much f1's and much Different Situations, i learned much from these situations, sometimes i help other staff members, and others help me to get someone banned. Anyways, i felt and feel very happy if i helped someone in any situation, it gives me a little smile.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

At some day, there was a Mass RDM and Propblocking guy, i could not remove anything and could not ban him, sadly there wasn't even one Admin at this time, so he couldn't get banned, i saved his Steam ID got proof and kicked him from the server, after that i started to wait for an Higher ranked Staff member to ban this guy for me!

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thank you for taking the time for the appeal, I have read completely and came to the decision to set your ban from permanent to two weeks. You got an second chance Don't do something wrong! Have A nice day, see you on ZARP!

[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]You need to use /warn [Steam ID] [Reason] if a player broke a rule! He gets an Autokick at 3 Warnings, at 4 Warnings he get an Temporarily ban about 1 hour![/color][/spoiler][/center]

[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]You need to do /unwarn [Steam ID] if you false warned an Guy, warned an wrong guy or you made an writing Mistake. If you do it the guy is Unwarned! [/color][/spoiler][/center]

[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]You need to use /freeze [Steam ID] or Use the Tab menu for it! You need these command if the guy who is getting punished runs away or tryes to kill you![/color][/spoiler][/center]

[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]You need to use /kick [Steam ID] Or use the Tab menu for it, if you do that the player is getting kicked from the server. Only use it if you got Special Problems Like MASS RDM or Propspam![/color][/spoiler][/center]

[center][b][color=#8800bb]Teleport, Goto and Back Command[/color][/b][/center]
[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]These Commands are your Basic Commands, if you want to teleport yourself on a roof you need to do /TP or you get in the Console and do bind Key "say /tp" You can use these command too to get other people to yourself. Than the Goto Command you often use it to go to the people who made an f1!
 You use it if you do /Goto [Steam ID] or you use the Tab menu. The last teleporting Command is the Back command if you brought an guy to yourself you can get him/her back to his/her old RP position [/color][/spoiler][/center]

[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]You need to get on the Tab menu, find the play click on him and you will see some buttons you need to click on the button which is called Unban From Job and find the job. You only need to Unban people from job if they got falsely demoted. Like they got demoted Because of RDM[/color][/spoiler][/center]

In the F1's compartment you can see all the F1's player have done, which you need to handle. In the Warnings compartment you see many different warnings.  [/color][/spoiler][/center]

[center][spoiler][color=#0000bb]I think I should be promoted to admin because i enjoyed my time as moderator. I answered many f1's and tried to help all guys on ZARP I'm daily active about 2-5 hours i want to make events and have fun with the community. I do not abuse my powers. I only use my powers in F1's and Events. I learnt as Moderator many Commands and many F1 Situations i helped much guys but its getting more and more Rulebreakers The Admin Rank would be very helpful, i can deal with Propblock and other things. I love this Community and try to help their. I know i made some mistakes, but i tried to show you guys that i changed, and i got many feedback about that. Hopefully you guys can trust me now. I'm going to try my best! [/color][/spoiler][/center]
