Fennster4 has always been fit for the position, the only thing that he has needed to work on in my opinion has been his attitude. As we all know, Fennster didn't get the position he was seeking last time and he's improved himself and more importantly; his attitude. I don't see a reason for Fennster to get denied, he's active, friendly, mature, and helpful in his section.
