Hello people of zarp I was wandering if I was to have c4 donated by the people of zarp and I made an advert saying within the next 2 minutes there will be a terrorist attack whether I would be allowed to blow people up with c4 in a suicide attack
wether it would then be ok to mass rdm with the c4 because it would be so fun?


And one more thing is any one willing to donate c4 if I am allowed?
