Some advice for your app:

You'll need to add your gametrackers, even if you have a lot. Not adding them just looks lazy and won't gain you any votes.

You should try to expand some of your answers, just giving examples isn't usually enough to prove you have a full grasp and understanding of the rule.

Take a look at your answers and compare them with the rules, for example your answer to the question "Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided" isn't correct. Also handling every F1 by saying "get proof next time" isn't very accurate, there are other ways to get to a conclusion by combining what you see in the logs with the stories given by both players. Sometimes that will result in needing proof but a lot of the time you can make an accurate decision based on that.

I'd try editing the app to make it easier to read, you want staff to look at it and instantly see you've put in a lot of effort, you're someone who want's the position and you're someone worth considering.
