I have explained to the staff member that telling some one to 
shut up is such a minor offense that is not warn worthy IN MY OPINION
That it could have been a verbal warn at the most.

The Staff member in question has learned form this moment and is working to become
A better version of him self. Thank you for helping us in progressing our staff team into a better one.
