We have not made ranks to make you more respected they are there to ensure you are doing a job and being listened to by every member.(Respect for higher ranks) Just because of this doesn't mean that people on trial and the average member wont be respected.[/center]

[center]The leaders are the main men in the gang who decides everything. Nothing big happens without them being there and making a decision as a group.[/center]

[center]The Officer job is to make sure that nobody is slacking off and there all doing there job. If we get reports of these members your going to be in trouble and have to face the consequences. You receive officer at this rank but may only use this at EXTREME circumstances.
