When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
When someone is:
* Hacking/Scripting {I wil ban him permently}
* DDos threats {I wil ban him permently}
* Death threats
* Avoiding Punishment
* Massive rulebreaking/disrespect/racism
When someone is doing one of the things above multiple times i would use the ban command.

Ah, we meet again oh lazy template.

I just kept giving him the punishment but he just rejoined.

This here sentence caught my attention, which if you may, reply to this post with more insight of "kept giving him the punishment".
