When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

It would be appropriate to use if players do the following things:

-Mass disrespect/Racism (2 days)
-Hacking/Scripting (Permanent)
-DDos threats (Permanent)
Punishment avoid/leaving to not get warned (2 days)
Death threats (A week)
Massive rulebreak (3 days)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I was being a death, and this guy randomly starts pressing traps when no players are there. I was about to slay/warn him, but then he leaves. So if I were Admin again I could take his steamID (Shows steamID when he leaves) and ban him for 2 days.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I think i'm a trusted staff member, I would never even think of abusing my powers. I'm ex-admin so I know the commands already and when they should be used. I'm a friendly guy, I get along with all the people on the servers. I'm active, i'm almostt on everyday. The Admin powers could give me more of a chance to handle rulebreakers.

Info: I haven't attended to a meeting yet, since I got accepted last week, but I will come to the meeting this week.
