The last 3 times I have played on the server while you were on, you've been AFK for excessive amounts of time. I do understand that we are lenient when it comes to going AFK, but you need to realize that GameTracker time alone isn't always enough to get you accepted to the staff team. When you make an application, the staff team members that vote for you in the meeting will rely on what they see from you in-game, and it isn't possible to make a fair evaluation when you're simply there idling.

Many people who spend large portions of their time playing on the server get turned down because of how they present themselves infront of the staff team. Even though it's their fault for not following the rules, it wouldn't be fair for these people when the majority of your GameTracker time isn't you actually playing on the server, and therefore nobody is getting a clear idea of how you are acting on the server during that period of time.

I'm not making this up either. Please Keep in mind that from the moment the screenshot was taken is ongoing throughout the night so far.
