Admin Promotion:

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The ban command must be used appropriately. Some situations where it is needed are as follows, with their timings:
- Avoiding Punishment (1 Day)
- Mass Disrespect (Varies with degree of offense)
- Mass Rulebreaking (Varies with degree of offense)
- Death Threats (1 Week)
- Racism (1 Week)
- Hacking/Threats of Hacking (Permanent)
These are the general situations that require a ban.
Note: The timings may vary depending on the degree of offense, and the times listed are for general situations.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
A while ago, there had been 3 people who had been massdisrespecting with racism, so I "verbally" warned them. They continued anyways and I had punished them accordingly, but they rejoined the game then continued to disrespect. I kicked and warned them for avoiding punishment, as well as for continuing to disrespect. They rejoined again and this repeated until the server banned them for too many active warnings. Had I been an Admin, the ban command would have taken care of them, rather than waiting for the server to automatically ban them.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I believe I should be promoted because of many reasons. Firstly, I believe I am very helpful by answering any questions that anyone, new or old, have about the server or Garry's Mod in general. Secondly, I think I would make a good admin, because I will be able to become a better staff member just by being able to do more about punishing trouble makers and helping the people who need help. Lastly, you guys wanted me to do it, so here I am with my Admin app
