He will be talked to for the following reasons: Failure to explain the rule to you. However I will not be taking this any further than a talking to as it is a minor mistake. All staff should explain the rule to a user before or after warning a user, otherwise they may accidentally break the rule again. Due to you being past the bank gates however he is in his full right to kill you.
