I would like to add, that this player had also been killing other players that were cops, just because he was wanted. Also I was a victim of his rdming as well. I was a hitman on a roof and shot another hitman for a bounty, 20 seconds later, he snips me off the roof, claiming he was trying to help his friend (the player I killed or the bounty). When brought to the F1, the 3rd player in this situation had no idea who this player was, that was claiming to be his friend. THEN afterwards openly saying in OOC chat to said player, WTF was that Hoi!? You could have at least lied! .... Ask Morgan, and Redpowder, they both had multiple dealings with him for this and many other reasons.

In my opinion, proper format or not, this ban appeal should be denied.
