It seems strange someone saying he will hack you if you dont put a link in OOC of a game, how did he know you was in darkrp and the information etc.
You could've blocked him and report him to steam however its called, you should know that if you block him he can't contact you, and if you get hacked you can always call 911 or report it to steam, u could send the persons steam profile link and yours and people can sort it out.
