What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player gives a hint to alive players, which changes the end of the game.

Ghosting player:█ Map: dr_minecraft: There's two doors with just one good on the map, and one player decides to change the game's end. So, he/she suicides, (or already dead) and starts watching the death. The player sees that it's the right door, and says: It's the right one!

OR

Ghosting player:█ Map: dr_minecraft: At the two doors again, the player dies in the right door, so he/she says: It's the left door i died in right!

OR

Ghosting player:█ Map: dr_helix: At the map's end, there's a combination of platforms you can jump on, seen by a press of a button. the dead player spectates a player who have seen the combination, and he/she says: It's 386!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player is being disrespectful/swearing/racist to the server's players, i would gag/mute and warn. If it's over and the player is still doing it after repeatedly doing that, i would call an admin to deal with the situation. If a player is ghosting, i would warn. If someone is trapspamming, i would warn and slay the player as fast as i can. If a player is AFK, then i would kick the player. If the player keeps rejoining and farming points and xp after several kicks, i would call an admin. If a player is using an inappropriate spray, in the first place i would tell the player to delete the spray. If the player refuses, i would warn and kick the player. If a player is chatspamming/micspamming, i would wait 5 seconds, and the player is still doing that, i would mute/gag and warn the player. If a player isn't speaking english, i would tell the player to stop at the first place. If the player refuses, i would ask someone to talk on his language to him to stop. If there's no player on that language/the player refuses, i would gag/mute and warn the player. If a player is trolling, (Doing anything with the intentional to annoy or hurt others), i would slay and warn the player. If a player is leeching (Waiting for other players to bait the trap for him), i would tell the player to stop, if the player is still leeching, then i would slay, warn.

Why I should be chosen:
I would help players what things on the server mean. Example: How to open pointshop, How to use your taunt, enable/disable thirdperson, what drawaura means, how to disable/enable autojump, how to trade, how to get points, how to get xp, etc. I know more than one language. 7 months ago they were 2 Hungarian players named ".Lati" and "Orymid" who were possibly friends, and saying bad words. I was the only one who understanded them. I have 3 warnings on server 2: chatspam, reactivation, ghosting. The newest one was 6-7 months ago.
