When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I will use the ban command to:

- For Hacking: I ban (perm ban)
-For Ddos : I ban (perm ban)
-Mass disrespect : I give him a verbal warning, if it continues I gag / warn, if it continues I kick and if it continues I ban (1 week)
-Mass racism: I give him a verbal warning, if it continues I gag / warn, if it continues I ban (2-3 weeks)
-Avoid punishment: I ban him for 1 day
-Mass rulebreak: I give him a verbal warning, if it continues I gag/slay and warn, if it continues I kick and if it continues I ban (2-3 days)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

Why I should be promoted:

I think that i must be chosen cause i'm a very active member of staff. I know every rules by heart and i think of making some good works as moderator. I'm moderator since november and i shall want to be able to make more with the power of admin like the ban command.
I try to help the others players even if i can't. Since i'm moderator, i've already seen several cases" avoid punishment " but without making something against them, cause i could't do anything. Because I help the players in the server like "Third person = F1> Setting> Third person" or the pointshop is F4. Here we are, i hope that i shall be accepted, otherwise, thank you anyway.
