Explain RDM:
Random Death Match is when a player, for absolutely no reason, kill another player without warning.
Scenario:
If I was a hitman and someone had a hit on them, and i killed them for the bounty if they happened to see me later on and decided to kill/RDM me

Explain NLR:
New Life Rule is if a player dies they cannot, for any reason, go back to the same district that they died in.
Scenario:
If I was a Gun Dealer and i had a hit for 10k on my head, and a hitman killed me at the fountain and i go back to the fountain to do a quest, that's breaking NLR.

Explain Metagaming:
Metagaming is when a player adverts, or types in OOC that they are raiding a base, or the bank, or something like that.
Scenario:
If I was a Master Thief and I was going to raid the bank, before I raid it I type '/ooc I am going to raid the bank, anyone wanna help?' that is Metagaming.

Situation 1:
If player x has hard evidence that player y RDMed him then I would warn player y for RDM, but if there is no evidence i would spectate player y for a few minutes and see if they do it again, if he does RDM again i would warn him.

Situation 2:
If player x has good evidence of player y braking NLR then I would warn player y, but if there is insufficient evidence then I would spectate player y for a while and see if he brakes any other rules.

Situation 3:
I would tell player x not to Metagame, use pm or group chat, and if they did it again i would warn them.

Why Me?:
I think I should become a Mod/Admin on this server because I am good at handling tough situations, in sits i would try to be as fair as possible, listening to both sides before making my final word. I know the rules well and read them frequently, in case of any changes, i also check out the forums for any updates/changes in anything so I’m up-to-date. I am a very friendly character and am always positive towards everyone. I feel for the time I spend on this server I think I need to give back, by helping others that have just started or people that are stuck with something. I try to be friends with everyone because I want to be nice to them, even if they can’t be nice back. I care a lot about this community, and will try to do as many f1's as possible in the time that i am online.
