Over all I think you should work on your game time and application as it needs alot of work. You're a nice guy in game, I've seen you a couple times but I still think you need to improve in-game as you're mostly quiet. Other than that I think you'd be on your way to the staff ranks if you just improve on your time and application.

Ok 1st you want to get your application what you posted in the coments. To do this there will be an edit button, if you don't knwo where this is, it is in the bottom right of your post/comment here's a picture on what it looks like -


Copy your application -



now go back onto your app page and go to your propper post not the comments, hit the
button and then paste your application into there!
