Alright, try this.
Press your Windows Key, and while holding it press "R".
A window will pop up, type "CMD" into it and press your Enter Key.
Type this exactly into the command prompt that comes up.
taskkill -im hl2.exeIt it might work, not 100% sure though.
This process can only be terminated forcefully (with /F option)
Try that then.
