First of all, your gametrackers are broken, atleast for me and I can't find them right now.
On the Ghosting section, you gave an "example" straight away. You didn't explain what ghosting was as a rule. Go ahead and change that.
It's unclear if you're warning the player verbally for disrespect or using the aWarn system. You have to make it clear! Also, it gets confusing when you say that you would "warn" and admin. Say something like "I would let an admin know about it" or "I'd call an admin so they help me on the situation" so it sounds better.

Other than that...
The last time I played with you, you didn't show that much maturity. It was a long time ago though and I hope you have changed your ways.

Until you edit the things that I pointed out above I can't give a good verdict on you...
