When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I will use the ban command to:

- For Hacking: I would give him a verbal warning (don't start again ) and if it continues I ban (perm ban)
-For Ddos : I would give him a verbal warning (don't start again ) and if it continues I ban (perm ban)
-Mass disrespect : I give him a verbal warning, if it continues I gag / warn, if it continues I kick and if it continues I ban (1 week)
-Mass racism: I give him a verbal warning, if it continues I gag / warn, if it continues I kick and if it continues I ban (2-3 weeks)
-Avoid punishment: I ban him for 1 day
-Mass rulebreak: I give him a verbal warning, if it continues I gag/slay and warn, if it continues I kick and if it continues I ban (2-3 days)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
Often I played while I was Death, and some players had to steal my button: I have slay / warn.
Sometimes players were disrespectful to the other players: I gave them a verbal warning and they continued so I've gag / warn
Some players were doing chatspam / micspam: I gave them a verbal warning and they continued so I've gag / warn
Become admin could help me to prevent some thing like avoid punishment or hacking

Why I should be promoted
I think I should be promoted because I am a member of staff experimented(I am moderator since November), I am very active (2 hours per day) I am friendly, if a rule is broken I punished the guilty.
Become admin could help me to stop things like (avoid punishment, mass disrespect / racism ...). That's why I would like to be admin.
Because I love the Zarp community and I think do a good job of moderator.
